Before purchasing and using the 12% Glycolic Cleanser, we recommend using our Facial Cleanser Glycolic 5% first for at least 3 months. Using the original solution first will enable your skin to become acclimated to our glycolic cleanser, decreasing risks of skin sensitivity and reactivity when using this stronger solution.
When applied to the skin, glycolic acid breaks the bond between skin cells, including dead skin cells. The next cell layers are also affected, creating a peeling effect that can lead to the skin appearing smoother and more even.
We recommend online purchasing this product if your skin still looks dull after using our 5% solution for 3 months.
Enilsa Advanced Acne System is a 90-day home care system that uses Glycolic Acid and Salicylic Acid to resolve the most stubborn acne problems. This Facial Cleanser Glycolic 12% is a higher concentrated version of our basic 5% solution.
Enilsa’s Facial Cleanser Glycolic 12% (Step 1) works to dissolve sebum and other dead skin cells, thereby brightening the skin and reducing blemishes, sunspots, hyperpigmentation, and wrinkles.

This 12% Glycolic Cleanser is definitely stronger than the 5%. It is good to follow the suggestion to not use this product daily at first. It can dry the skin. This cleanser can remove coloring from your washcloth so I use an inexpensive cloth with the 12%. Not necessary with the 5%.

It has definitely improved my complexion but wish it was more sudsy or slick. I use it with a facial brush. The cleanser doesn’t glide with the brush. It instead sort of drags the brush down. The cleanser seems to dry up before I’ve completed washing my face.
