Enilsa, EltaMD and VI Peel Shipping & Delivery
All skincare product orders are shipped from Killeen, TX, and are usually processed within 3 to 7 business days. We ship all over the world.
To ship our products, we use USPS. Most domestic deliveries arrive in 3-5 business days depending on your location. International delivery delays may vary and take anywhere between 2 to 4 weeks depending on the destination country. Because of COVID, certain destinations may take longer to process and deliver mail.
Apparel & Accessories Shipping & Delivery
Enilsa and The Queen of Pops apparel and accessories are printed on demand and shipped by Printful. Most orders are fulfilled and shipped within 1 to 3 weeks, but delay may vary according to location. You can click here to view Printful's shipping speeds.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Enilsa Skin Essentials is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.)
Enilsa Skin Essentials is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We are unable to intercept or make any changes to an order once it has been placed and processed by our warehouse. All orders are processed as soon as they are submitted to get your order on its way as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Return & Exchange Policy

Unfortunately Enilsa Skin Essentials cannot accept returns or issue refunds on opened or used products, regardless of the reason. Everyone’s skin is different, and we cannot guarantee our products will work for each individual customer’s needs. Our products use dermatologist-recommended, active ingredients that may not always be compatible with all skin types. We do our best to provide extensive information about our products and ingredients so that customers may make informed decisions prior to making their purchase.
If you believe you may have experienced an allergic reaction to one of our products, please take a photo and send us an email at email@example.com to discuss the issue. We stand behind our products and services and want our customers to be satisfied with them.
Apparel & Accessories
If you are experiencing an issue with apparel or accessories you purchased on our website, please contact Printful directly to request an exchange or initiate a return within 4 weeks after the product was delivered. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
