Skincare Product Shipping & Delivery

All product orders are shipped from Killeen, TX, and are usually processed within 5 business days. We currently only ship these products to the continental United States.

We ship our products with USPS Priority Mail. Most domestic deliveries arrive in 1-5 business days depending on where your package is going.

Printful Apparel & Gifts Shipping & Delivery

Most of the newer apparel and bags we offer under The Queen of Pops are printed on demand and then shipped by Printful.com. In our experience, most orders are fulfilled and shipped within 2 to 3 weeks maximum. You can click here to view Printful's official shipping speeds.

Legacy Apparel Designs Shipping & Delivery

The Queen of Pops original / legacy apparel orders are shipped from Killeen, TX, and are usually processed within 5 business days. We currently only ship these products to the continental United States.

We ship our products and apparel with USPS Priority Mail. Domestic deliveries arrive in 1-3 business days depending on where your package is going.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Enilsa Skin Essentials is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Enilsa Skin Essentials is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Cancellations

We are unable to intercept or make any changes to an order once it has been placed and processed by our warehouse. All orders are processed as soon as they are submitted to get your order on its way as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Return & Exchange Policy

Skincare Products:

Unfortunately Enilsa Skin Essentials cannot accept returns, or issue refunds, on opened or used products, regardless of the reason. Everyone’s skin is different, and we cannot guarantee our products will work for each individual customer’s needs. Our products use dermatologist-recommended, active ingredients that may not always be compatible with all skin types. We do our best to provide extensive information about our products and ingredients so that customers may make informed decisions prior to making their purchase.

If you believe you may have experienced an allergic reaction to one of our products, please take a photo and send us an email at info@enilsa.co to discuss the issue. We stand behind our products and services and want our customers to be satisfied with them.

T-Shirts & Apparel: 

We do not accept any returns for legacy apparel ordered through our store. If you ordered the wrong size by accident, we can exchange your item within 14 days of delivery. Customers will be responsible for any shipping fees associated with sending back the product to our store.

If you ordered a newer design and experience an issue, please contact Printful directly to request an exchange or initiate a return within 4 weeks after the product was delivered. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
