Clinic closed this week: Our response to COVID-19


Dear clients, friends and supporters,


As news of the first case of COVID-19 was reported in Bell County, I wanted to share some of our standard operating procedures to exceed the required method of sanitation set by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations, as well as the additional actions being taken to ensure the safety and health of both our Enilsa Skin Essentials staff and our clients.

We’ve always taken great pride in our clean and well-run clinic and we know this is more important than ever right now. In addition to maintaining all methods of sanitation outlined by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR), and on top of our daily cleaning procedures, we continue to follow our all-day cleaning schedule that includes using sanitizer and cleaners capable of killing 99.9% of germs. Additionally, employees have been educated on how COVID-19 spreads, and we will be following the suggested policies provided by the CDC. As the owner of our clinic, I will be following both CDC and TDLR guidelines, adjusting protocol as necessary based on updated recommendations from both agencies.

I will communicate with my staff and our clients to continue to keep health and safety as our main priority. With that said, our clinic will be closed for ONE WEEK from the 17th – 23rd of March to combat this virus and keep everyone safe. We are all in this together and we want to reduce the spread.

We will re-evaluate our decision on a week by week bases. We will keep our clients updated. As information comes in from CDC.

For those who preordered our Enilsa Advanced Acne System, you can rest assured that thus far, we are still on track to launch our product line towards the end of April or early May. We experienced some minor delays caused in part by this new and challenging crisis, but we are doing our best to meet our deadlines. Thank you for your support and understanding!
